RDS Team is outstanding! Their easy to use website makes ordering products or requesting a technical support service at your office a breeze. Within the same day if not 24 hours they send a technician to your office and they always fix the problem! One technician, Evelio, is our go to technician. He will answers emails quickly, get to the job site quickly, and he works really well and fast to get you back on track. Would definitely recommend. We use their services for many years now, they have a very nice and quick service team, they show up same day. We have 10 printers they take care of every issue that we might have. they provide us with the toner/ink when needed. Very happy so far.

I want to let you know that the delivery guy Raidel was excellent. He was very helpful in trying to resolve an issue with a printer that was being delivered. He realized that what I was receiving was not going to work for the size of our business. He did everything possible to ensure that I had what I needed in order to not miss another day of printing. RDS should have more employees with this type of good customer service.

We have leased a copier from RDS for over a year. During that time, Larry was always prompt with any maintenance calls we had. Our copier recently went down, RDS was extremely fast with a great replacement! The team of Raidel and Ernie did our installations, they were so efficient! It is always a pleasure when Evilio comes to service our machine. He brings service with a smile and takes the time to not only do the job right, but shows us exactly what is going on and give us tips on how to prevent it from occurring again. We are lucky for him and the rest of the RDS team.

Evelio is always great. I love being able to communicate with him through text. He does a great job walking me through printer issues for issues that I can fix myself, or if he needs to come into the office to fix it himself he is usually here within a few hours of the service call.

RDS provided me with a copy machine and service that I can only describe as first class. They are prompt, courteous and are able to accommodate your needs and your business' needs. Don't buy a copier, call RDS. As a Law Office, I cannot afford to be down with the machine. It copies, scans, faxes, and it does it quickly. I am trying to get it to make us coffee.
